Upper Crust Beef Burgers - Serves 4
- Preparation time: 25 minutes
- Cooking time: 15 minutes
For the Burgers::
- 700g (1lb 9oz) lean minced beef
- 30ml (2tbsp) Knorr Touch of Taste beef
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 20ml (4tsp) cajun seasoning
For the salsa::
- 6 tomatoes, skinned deseeded and chopped
- 2 shallots finely chopped
- 1 green pepper, de-seeded and finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 30ml (2bsp) white wine vinegar
- 15ml (1tbsp) sesame seeds
- Soured cream to serve
Get stuck in:
- 1. Mix all the burger ingredients together, cover and chill for 30 mins.
- 2. Put all the salsa ingredients into a bowl, cover and chill for 40 mins.
- 3. Divide the beef mixture into 12 and shape into burgers. Grill or fry until cooked thoroughly on both sides.
- 4. Serve the burgers with the salsa and soured cream.
